Thank you to all of you who have submitted a paper for consideration for this year's annual conference. We really do appreciate the time and effort that you have put into helping us make this event topical and benficial to you and your peers.

We are now in the process of marking all submissions and we will inform all of you whether or not your paper has been selected to appear in this year's programme by the end of March 2012.

If at any point between now and the end of March you are no longer able to present your paper/poster we ask that you let us know as a matter of urgency so that this can be reflected in the final conference agenda.

Finally, as mentioned, we very much appreciated the time and effort that goes into preparing concurrent and poster presentations and to reflect this, presenters will qualify for a specially reduced delegate rate. This rate applies to the lead presenter only.
