This one day conference will:
- Provide essential clarity on progression routes and occupational pathways into the creative and cultural industries, and the role played by FE and HE
- Look at innovative new research on creative graduate destinations, showing the contribution graduates make to the UK economy and identifying the most useful and valued aspects of the HE experience to inform curriculum development and careers advice
- Highlight the need amongst creative practitioners for sector specific training relating to functional business management and administration, and provide guidance on implementation
- Learn about innovative training and networks designed to support the Technology Strategy Board’s Creative Industries Strategy 2009-2012, and develop the skills needed to exploit emerging capability in the digital and media sectors
