Purpose of the conference
This one day conference will:

impact this can have on planning and delivery of a variety
of accommodation

Homes and Communities Agency (HCA)
- Further the debate about management of socially-rented
sites: Who should manage them, and how should they be
managed?
- Discuss what security of tenure and the Mobile Homes Act
1983 applying to council-run sites will mean in practice, and
what the gains for everyone can be
- Address the issue of employment discrimination, and learn
what you can do to improve access to jobs for Gypsies and
Travellers
- Understand the need to build trusting relationships in health
and social care, and learn what healthcare professionals
are doing to engage and empower Gypsies and Travellers
on health issues
