Transformational Local Government Conference

The Fourth Annual NWeGG Conference was squarely aimed at helping authorities to address a number of significant challenges and realise some of the coming opportunities by bringing together leading protagonists of the transformational government agenda.

Local Authorities and their delivery partners are entering unprecedented territory as a result of CSR-07 efficiency drivers, rising adult social care costs, equal pay, new legislation and hugely rising citizen expectations. In order to succeed, many authorities have recognized the need to address change in more ambitious ways in order to continue to deliver better services for citizens, staff and taxpayers.
