The government’s Total Place programme has much riding on it. Fears of public spending cuts have never been greater and essential public services are being stretched. This conference brings together a senior management audience from across the country to learn how scrutinising all public money spent in a location may lead to better and cheaper ways of providing better public services?.
The second in the series, this conference, held in association with The MJ, Leadership Centre for Local Government and Communities and Local Government will look at the latest developments in total place agenda, including the recent report outlining the progress from the pilots, lessons learnt from some progressive authorities.
